We collect rent from the tenant so that you don't have to exert yourself physically and mentally.
- Monthly and Yearly Reports
Each month we will send you the monthly financial statement containing the amount of money that was collected and payments, if any, that were made. We will send you a year-end statement for your tax purposes.
