We have been with Sulthar Properties for more than two years. When we first came to them we needed a four bed room house. One day I was online and saw Mr. Sulthar's advertisement and called him. It was on a Sunday he picked it up and I could not believe it. He went out of his way to help us. Our son had cancer so Mr. Sulthar did a lot of work after hours just so we could get into the house on time. As it turned out he was what we needed then and when the time came for us to buy a house he is still the same man as he was in the first place working with us. Are there administrative fees or other service charges?
No. We don't charge for copies, long distance calls, mileage or other incidentals and we don't mark up maintenance or repair costs.
